The EE Scholarship Committee is responsible for nominating EE students for most of the scholarships available at the college and department levels.  The committee starts its selection process every Spring quarter for the subsequent academic year.  Students with high GPA's or high financial need points or both will be considered and nominated by the committee around May each year.  No application is required. However if you consider yourself to be a strong candidate for a certain scholarship, please send a self nomination letter to ee-dept-studentawards@polymail.cpunix.calpoly.edu by end of April each year.

MARTINI SCHOLARSHIP - 1 @ $6075                                                                                                

            --Major open within CENG

            --Min 2.9 GPA

            --Class level: So, Jr, Sr

            --Based on academic performance

            --Must have financial need and be eligible for Federal student aid

            --Preference to students who make their own financial contribution

            --Renewable based on academic performance and continuing financial contribution

CHRONES - 3 @ $1000

-Must be awarded to CENG students from San Luis Obispo and the surrounding rural area, and other rural areas of California

1. WARREN AND DANTZA ANDERSON EE ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP   1 @ $1200                       

--Major:  Electrical Engineering  

--Highest GPA for current level junior

--Student must be making satisfactory academic progress

                                              

2. ANRITSU COMPANY ENGINEERING - 1 @ $4000                                                                      

--Major: Electrical Engineering

--Class level junior or senior with possibility of renewal for one year

--Minimum 3.0 GPA

--Financial need
