Bio

Professor Horton received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cal Tech and the Ph.D. degree in Engineering from UCLA. He has been employed by Westinghouse, Lear-Siegler, Hughes Aircraft Company, Pacific Gas & Electric Company, and San Diego Gas and Electric Company. He joined the faculty at Cal Poly in 1968. Currently, he is involved in consulting and research for the electric power industry.
