Announcement: Off Quarter Enrollment - Winter 2010

A single or reduced number of sections of a course are usually offered the quarter following the designated quarter appearing on the EE or CPE Flowcharts. Priority access for enrollment in these "recovery" sections is provided for transfer students entering EE, students returning from Co-op, and students who must repeat the course from the prior quarter. Regular matriculating students should not take the course in this quarter, but may be accommodated if space is availableStudents should plan to take courses in the designated quarter according to their curriculum flowchart.

Students who wish to enroll in a recovery section must complete the Permission to Enroll form. The completed form must be submitted to the EE office to obtain permission number(s) for registration.  Students in the three situations described above should submit a request as early as possible, and will be granted permissions to enroll on a first-come, first-served basis during the regular registration rotation period (up until December 3, 2009). If space remains in the recovery sections following this initial enrollment period, the "special appeal" requests received by December 3rd will be prioritized and issued permissions during the open enrollment period on CPReg until all available spaces are filled.  Requests received after December 3 will only be granted permissions after all previous requests have been accommodated, even if they fall within the three priority access groups.
